AMAN Develops a Report on the “Participation of Civil Society in Anti-Corruption Efforts”

State of Palestine - Wednesday, January 1, 2014

The Coalition for Accountability and Integrity (AMAN) developed a report entitled “Participation of Civil Society in Anti-Corruption efforts, Model for the Coalition for Accountability and Integrity (AMAN) in Palestine 2013". This report was drafted with the support of UNDP’s Regional Project on Anti-Corruption and Integrity in the Arab Countries and in collaboration with the Non-Governmental Group of the Arab Anti-Corruption and Integrity Network (ACINET), which AMAN is considered one of its founding members. The report aims to shed light on the role that civil society can play in combating corruption, particularly in supporting the implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) by providing AMAN’s experience as a model and a case study that can benefit Palestine, the Arab region and other parts of the world.
