PM Najib Mikati Chaired a Meeting on Anti-Corruption with the "Committee Charged With Reviewing Anti-Corruption Policies and Conventions Signed by the Lebanese State"

Quoting Justice Minister Chakib Crdobawi in 2013 Lebanon will face two challenges the first is that the Lebanese Minister of Justice will chair the Arab Anti-Corruption and Integrity Network (ACINET) which requires internal readiness, and the second challenge, which is the most dangerous, is the assessment of the level of corruption by United Nations organizations in texts and practices, and in accordance with what is stipulated in the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, signed by Lebanon few years ago "
