ACINET Consultative Meeting “Exploring selected priorities to strengthen regional cooperation for integrity”

The consultative meeting on enhancing regional cooperation for integrity was held in Cairo, Egypt, on 6 May 2024, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. This meeting was organized on the side of the 5th session of the Conference of States Parties to the Arab Anti-Corruption Convention. The meeting, hosted by the Regional Support Unit of the Arab Anti-Corruption and Integrity Network (ACINET) with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), focused on discussing two regional preventive initiatives. These initiatives aim to enhance integrity measures in the judiciary and public prosecution offices and support efforts to mitigate corruption risks in drafting legal texts.
