Consultations Meeting for Participating States In the “Anti-Corruption and integrity in the Arab Countries” regional project

The meeting is held in the framework of the fourth session of the Conference of States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). It brings together representatives of the governments of the regional project countries (Djibouti, Iraq, Jordan, Morocco, the Palestinian National Authority, and Yemen), representatives from the concerned UNDP country offices, and representatives of the Arab Anti-Corruption and Integrity Network (ACINET) and its non-governmental groups.
The meeting aims to enable participants to adapt the project activities and meet emerging needs for the year 2012, and to discuss ways to strengthen these activities and promote synergies with other initiatives based on lessons learned from previous ant-corruption cooperation, and the results of the mechanism for the review of the implementation of the UNCAC.
